Last week, Yayasan Jantung Kongenital Malaysia, Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur and Gas Malaysia joined hands in supporting congenital heart disease patients.

A generous donation by Gas Malaysia to YJKM will be benefited to assist patients under the Congenital Heart Surgery for All program at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. The Congenital Heart Surgery for All program, that began in 2020, aims to increase access to congenital heart surgery for underprivileged patients as well as off-load the long waiting lists at government hospitals. To date, the foundation has sponsored nearly RM400,000 worth of congenital heart surgery and five of which were at PHKL, following an MoU signed in March of last year.
